Whidbey Doughnuts

Whidbey Doughnuts was one of those brand developments that was art directed heavily by the client and went through many variations before getting it to a state that they were satisfied with.

When we began, the client wasn’t 100% sure what it was they wanted and sent a lot of mixed parameters that ended up contradicting the final product. So, like many other logo brainstorms, I created several ideas that we could build off of. From there we were able to pinpoint more of a solid idea of what the client wanted.

Once was all said and done, Whidbey Doughnuts left with a brand they were happy with, marketed to a small local area that serves 3 meals a day centered around doughnuts.
